Complete workflow options
These are the customer-facing analytical options used on the untargeted metabolomics service page. Final package prices will combine the appropriate sample preparation and LC-MS charges once the sample-preparation mapping is finalized.
Methanol-based sample preparation with hydrophilic and hydrophobic molecules analyzed together in a simplified workflow.
Less comprehensive than separate fraction analysis.
Fraction-specific sample preparation followed by HILIC or reversed-phase LC-MS.
Fraction-specific sample preparation followed by reversed-phase LC-MS for lipids and other hydrophobic molecular species.
Separate analysis of both fractions using the selected hydrophilic LC-MS method plus hydrophobic reversed-phase LC-MS.
